Should I tip my driver?
SilkRoad prices include a 20% gratuity for our drivers.

What if I like parts of but not the entire pre-priced package?
On the Booking Form check the package you would like to change and in the Special Requests box, tell us the details of what you are looking for. We will either email you a quote or call to discuss options.

Will you recommend restaurants?
Yes. When we know what neighbourhood we are taking you to, we will give you recommendations for restaurants close by.

Do you have access to concert tickets?
We will certainly try to fulfill any request, but many Toronto concerts sell-out very quickly. Please make your booking with SilkRoad as soon as tour dates are announced.

Do  you have access to theatre, symphony, opera, ballet, and other tickets?
We are happy to check availability and get the information to you via email.

May I book tickets but not a car?
SilkRoad Car Service Concierge Services are a courtesty provided for our car service customers only.

What do I need to cross the border into the U.S.?
Effective June 1, 2009, U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials will begin to require that all travelers, including citizens of both Canada and the United States, present a valid passport, passport card, or WHTI compliant document when entering the U.S. through a land or sea border.
